2. Eligibility

3. Property Rentals
When booking a vacation rental with us, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information, including your full name, contact details, payment details, and any additional information required for booking.
Be responsible for all payments due under the booking, including any applicable taxes, fees, and deposits.
Follow the terms set out in your rental agreement, including check-in/check-out times, occupancy limits, and other house rules.

Notify us immediately if any damage occurs during your stay, or if any issues arise regarding the property.

4. Property Management Services
For property owners engaging our property management services, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information about the property, including its condition, availability, and any maintenance needs.
Authorize Shortmid Stay to act on your behalf for all property management matters, including but not limited to booking, payments, maintenance, and guest communications.
Ensure the property is compliant with local laws and regulations, including safety, health, and occupancy requirements.
Pay all fees associated with our property management services as outlined in the signed agreement or contract.

5. Booking & Payment Terms
Booking
: A booking is confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation email from us. Bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation.
Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise specified in the rental agreement. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and online payment systems.
Cancellation
: Cancellations made one day (1)  prior to the scheduled check-in date are eligible for a 100%  refund. Please refer to our cancellation policy for further details.

6. Guest Responsibilities
As a guest staying at one of our rental properties, you agree to:
Comply with all property rules and local laws during your stay.
Respect the neighbors and avoid causing disturbances, such as loud noise or inappropriate behavior.
Dispose of waste properly and maintain the property in good condition during your stay.
Report any damages, breakages, or maintenance issues immediately.
Ensure that no additional guests stay at the property without prior approval from us.

7. Owner Responsibilities
As a property owner utilizing our management services, you agree to:
Ensure that the property is well-maintained and safe for guests.
Provide clear instructions for guests regarding property use and any special features.
Ensure the property complies with all relevant laws and regulations.
Remain available for urgent maintenance or service requests.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

9. Liability
Guest Liability
: Guests are responsible for any damages or losses caused to the property during their stay, excluding normal wear and tear.
Owner Liability
: Property owners are responsible for maintaining the property and ensuring it is safe for guests.
Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Shortmid Stay be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, services, or rentals.
